Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant. Key responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director. Administrative support includes managing scheduling, drafting and sending internal and external communications, organizing and preparing for meetings, maintaining records and documents, coordinating and taking minutes for Board of Director meetings, assisting with human resources functions, and assisting in the administration of LASH’s services. Additional duties may include assisting with grant reporting and grant file management, providing support to SharePoint migration and on-going support of system, assisting with client relations, providing back-up assistance to reception, photocopying, postage, and filing. Must be able to work with challenging individuals.

Candidates should meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent experience.

Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.

Ability to independently organize and manage multiple responsibilities a must.

Must be punctual and reliable.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong “customer service” skills and ability to interact compassionately with differently-abled individuals. Able to engage with people from diverse ethnic, linguistic, and socioeconomic strata.

Ability to work directly and collaboratively with diverse persons and programs found in a multi-faceted agency and community.

Certified notary public or able to take and pass notary exam a plus.

Compensation: $20.09 - $26.63/hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
