Growing scaffold rental company on Oahu is searching for an enthusiastic, driven person who has prior experience as Billing Specialist. Preferred experience within the construction industry, but not required.

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

H.S Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience of 3+ years in an accounting or office admin role.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Computer Tech capabilities and/or Graphics program ability is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide billing and clerical support including invoicing, payment applications,

lien waivers and maintenance of job folders as necessary.

Analyze contracts, purchase orders and execute accurate setup of billing processes.

Review documentation to assure accuracy of billing.

Manage status of project balances and change orders.

Communicate with various departments (Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Credit, Sr. Management)

regarding billing, collections, job profitability, job status and other issues as they arise.

Provide other clerical and administrative support as necessary (Assist with answering phones, Walk-in customers)

Securely handle client data and processing credit card payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour—Depending on Experience
