Field and send written business correspondence
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Deep understanding of Microsoft Word
Customer service experience desired
Experience with data entry
Demonstrated knowledge of call centers
Microsoft Excel experience
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred
Adeptness in numeric data entry
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Proven computer skills
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
