Office Assistant
Description:
Seeking a person to help with ALL daily functions of our business. Including but not limited to data - entry, Customer Service, Sales and marketing, Scheduling, handling calls and emails, social media, inspecting trucks, maintaining truck records, etc. We are busy and need someone eager to learn, highly motivated who can multi-task easily. As you can see you will not have one primary function or role in the company but will instead help with anything and everything that needs to get done daily.
The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly motivated and be a self- starter who is proactive in increasing our client base and promoting our programs while performing daily office duties.
Requirements:
Positive and energetic personality, excellent listening ability, good writing skills
Highly motivated, driven, self-starting and goal-driven individual
Experience and comfort prospecting via phone, email, and regular mail
Strong verbal skills over the phone and email
Willing to learn and to Adapt to various roles
Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive) and Gmail
Speaks Fluent English
Bilingual a Plus
Work with PC / MAC
CRM Experience Preferred
Schedule: 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday
