Locally owned and operated business in the heart of Southampton looking to hire a secretary / receptionist to join our expanding team! We take pride in providing a great work environment in which everyone is treated like family. This is a great opportunity for marketing, business, and event planners to gain experience while in school! Traits such as customer service, leadership and problem solving are all taught and used daily. Office staff and sales members are the first point of contact between the company and customers.

Receptionist / secretary oversee the daily operations in our office. You will work closely with the owner and office managers to ensure the office is functioning to its full potential and support the warehouse manager. We offer flexible hours and competitive pay based on experience!

Responsibilities include providing administrative support for the team, such as Maintaining an organized system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks, developing, distributing, and maintaining various reports, answering phones, greeting customers, processing payments, entering bills and invoices into Quickbooks, making deposits, plan and execution of daily truck routes, paperwork for sales members, and ordering office supplies.

+Quickbooks, Microsoft word, excel, etc proficient, preferred.

+Bilingual, English-Spanish proficient, preferred.

+Full time / Part time availability
