Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

Fallon Moving Services is a final mile delivery company seeking a dedicated and experienced

Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized,

detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory

management.

- Administer reverse logistics processes, ensuring efficient handling of returned merchandise.

- Operate scan guns and other warehouse equipment with proficiency.

- Lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more as needed.

- Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.

- Perform additional job tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of shipping, receiving, and

inventory management processes.

- Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing 50 pounds or more.

- Experience operating scan guns and other warehouse equipment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Forklift experience and certification preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
