Experienced RV Service Technician - we provide hands-on training.
Responsibilities:
RV Technicians examine, troubleshoot, and diagnose units that need repair.
Install, repair and maintain interior and exterior components on motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, truck campers, tent trailers and van conversions.
Repair and perform maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, ranges and air conditioners.
Repairs to fiberglass, body and structural components and the ability to install, repair, replace and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vent, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets and electrical systems.
Install trailer and fifth wheel hitches, wire tow vehicles and perform routine maintenance and or repairs on the trailer frames, undercarriage and suspensions.
Use of testing equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to repair to manufacturers’ specifications
Use of manuals, catalogues, and internet search as needed to perform proper diagnostics
Use of electronic and computerized instruments to perform diagnostics
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
