Part-Time Marketing/Operations Manager ($45/hr)

I am seeking a highly creative, outside-the-box thinker. Not just an employee, but a thought partner. If you fit the bill, please read to the bottom for application instructions.

I'm launching a small consulting business where I help leaders unlock their biggest and best ideas and lead with their heart, and I'm looking for a marketing/operations manager to help me get it off the ground.

The job starts at five hours a week, but as we grow the business together, hours can grow, too.

At these early stages, I'm looking for someone who's a little bit of a Swiss army knife, with a marketing/operations skillset blend.

Responsibilities may include:

- Building a basic website (using Squarespace or equivalent)

- Managing LinkedIn content to gather leads

- Potentially managing other social media accounts

- Potentially managing a newsletter

- Outreach, networking, and sales

- Refining our marketing language

- Basic bookkeeping (contracts, invoices, budget)

- Scheduling
