Sales Assistant

Assist in preparing for and attending trade shows and conventions.

Provide comprehensive support for the administrative, technical, and clerical functions of the sales teams.

Perform additional Sales Assistant duties as required.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service.

Generate sales reports and prepare presentations.

Aid in promoting company products and services within the sales department.

Manage and organize internal training sessions.

Coordinate orders to ensure efficient processes.

Prepare and review communications and documents for accuracy.

Arrange travel and meeting logistics.

Requirements

Required skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.

Strong multitasking skills and effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred experience of 2+ years in Sales Assistance.

Proven project coordination skills, excellent social skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred.

Experience in speedwriting and transcription is a plus.
