Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course is an 18 hole public, Par 3 golf course, driving range and event center with an onsite teaching facility (Next Level Golf Academy).

Sah-Hah-Lee GC is situated in Clackamas, OR. a close in suburb of Portland and is a busy, year round facility. It is consistently rated the best short course in the Greater Portland Metro Area and is home to one of the best driving ranges in the city.

Next Level Golf (the onsite teaching facility) provides high tech lessons for beginners to advanced golfers. It offers private, semi-private and group lessons along with clinics and camps year round.

Sah-Hah-Lee GC is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with and/or knowledge and understanding of the game of golf. This candidate will have good customer service skills and understand the retail environment.

Experience Required

Required:

- Knowledge of the game of golf

- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude.

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and have flexibility in schedule from week to week.

- Previous retail experience.

Preferred:

- PGA Associate - current or aspiring (NOT REQUIRED)

- Experience with POS system

- Experience with digital tee time booking software

Essential Responsibilities

- Perform opening and/or closing procedures depending on shift scheduled.

- Golfer check-in and fee collection

- Online tee time booking and tee sheet management

- Monitor pace of play and starting times

- Assist with tournament operations and other scheduled golf and non-golf events

- Assist with pro-shop merchandising and overall appearance of the pro-shop

- Promotion of all facility programs and activities

- Performs other duties as assigned
