Heavy Equipment Operators and Laborers Needed!

This is a full-time, on-site role for Laborers and Heavy Equipment Operators based in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves performing grading and excavation. Daily tasks may include operating heavy equipment, manual labor, following safety protocols, and working collaboratively with the project team.

Qualifications:

Experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders

Proficiency in performing grading and excavation tasks

Ability to perform utility work, including above and underground utility installations

Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are preferred
