Proposal Analyst

Description: - Responsible for proposal generation to include cost volume preparation, as well as pricing the proposal coordinating leadership approval presentations- Assist with the coordination of all proposal activities during the entire life cycle of the proposal- Review proposal functional inputs- Participate in fact finding and negotiations with customerBasic Qualifications:- Ability to coordinate and lead meetings with PMs, Engineers, GSC, and other functional areas- Experience creating Basis of Estimate- Familiar with estimating compliance process- Bachelor's degree is Business, Finance, or related discipline.Desired Skills:- Experience participating as a member of the negotiating team- Good oral and written communication skills- Experience with Excel including VLookup and Macro development- Experience presenting to leadershipSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
