Dedicated Driver for Uber Fleet
Location: Co-op City/New Rochelle area with operations in Bridgeport, CT, and Bronx, NY

Arilis LLC is an asset management company with a footprint in real estate and the automotive sector, focusing on ridesharing services. We're seeking a full-time driver to operate within our Uber fleet, offering a pathway to additional responsibilities and roles within our growing company.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate is reliable, highly organized, and demonstrates a strong commitment to cleanliness and customer service excellence. This role is central to our rideshare operations, ensuring both operational efficiency and the highest standards of service our clients expect.
Responsibilities
Operate vehicles within our Uber fleet safely and in compliance with Uber's guidelines.
Promptly inform the supervisor of any vehicle alerts or maintenance needs.
Ensure the vehicle is clean for each shift, using provided cleaning tools.
Cover fuel expenses and non-ride related tolls; an EZ Pass will be supplied to simplify toll payments.
Assume responsibility for any tickets or summonses incurred during vehicle operation.
Occasionally assist riders with luggage, ensuring a smooth and service-oriented experience.
Qualifications
Veteran/Servicemember applications will be prioritized.
Possess a clean New York driving license.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Commitment to full-time hours with flexibility within the recommended schedule.
Proximity to Co-op City/New Rochelle area is ideal.
Required Documents
Valid NYS License.
Social Security Card.
DD214 (for veterans only).
Schedule
Recommended for the highest earning potential: Monday through Friday split shifts from 6 AM to 11 AM and 2 PM to 7 PM. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is highly suggested within these hours.
Compensation
Earnings are structured and paid out according to weekly rideshare revenue as follows:
Earn $700 for $1125-$1249 in weekly revenue.
Earn $778 for $1250-$1374 in weekly revenue, plus a $25 bonus.
Earn $855 for $1375-$1499 in weekly revenue, plus a $25 bonus.
Earn $933 for $1500-$1624 in weekly revenue, plus a $50 bonus.
Earn $1011 for $1625-$1749 in weekly revenue, plus a $50 bonus.
Earn $1089 for $1750-$1874 in weekly revenue, plus a $100 bonus.
Earn $1167 for $1875-$1999 in weekly revenue, plus a $100 bonus.
Revenue exceeding $2000 per week will be split 50/50 between the driver and Arilis LLC.
Payments are made via a cash equivalent. A 1099 form will be issued at the end of the year. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes but can take advantage of applicable tax write-offs.
Onboarding
The onboarding process is streamlined to be completed within a week or less, facilitating a quick start to earning.
