Counter Help - Crumble & Flake Cafe Patisserie
Award-winning bakery and café is looking for counter help with experience in a restaurant, cafe, or bakery. This job can be part-time or full-time and would require a schedule of any days between Tuesday – Sunday, from any times between 8:30am - 6:30pm. We have a wonderful, fun, committed staff, who put their heart and soul into every item we make. Our team has been working together for more than a dozen years – we are “la familia” – we’re looking for a skilled individual with the right attitude to join us!
Essential “ingredients” for qualified candidates include:
- To possess a natural ability and love for the art of cooking and taking care of people
- To be attentive to detail and to producing consistently high-quality work
- To be self-sufficient, well-organized, and extremely efficient
- To maintain a clean work environment
- To have completed a minimum of 1 year in a restaurant, cafe, or bakery in a customer service capacity
- To be proficient and able to handle strict time restraints to ensure all orders are placed and all meals are served in a timely manner
Ideally the position would include taking orders, helping customers, packing pastries and food for takeout orders, running food to tables, bussing tables, and dishwashing – we all help with whatever is needed to run the café as best as possible. This requires an extremely responsible, trustworthy individual who has the utmost respect for producing consistently excellent food and providing exceptional customer service.
Pay rate is DOE
