Position: Seasonal General Farm Laborer

About: Legal Cannabis Farm located in Garberville, CA.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated with an impeccable work ethic, able to accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Excellent listener with strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills.

Team player with a passion for working harmoniously with others and also capable of independent tasks, as needed

Able to abide by all company policies, rules, and SOPs while maintaining compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Capable of physically demanding work-must be able to lift, carry, and balance 50lbs. continuously during the work day

Ability to work safely and consistently in a variety of weather conditions including but limited to: heat, rain, snow and fog.

Experience with all phases of the cannabis cultivation process is preferred, but not required- Can train specific skills, but you have to bring the work ethic and positive attitude.

CAPABLE OF ARRIVING AT WORK CLEAN AND SOBER AND ON TIME ON A DAILY BASIS

Reports to: Cultivation Manager (CM) and Cultivation Specialist(CS)

The General Farm Laborer(GFL) will work under the supervision of the cultivation manager or cultivation specialist as needed. They will assist in all of the daily functions to create a healthy environment for the plants to thrive and for farm operate on a daily basis. Cultivation based tasks include but are not limited to: watering, feeding, de-leafing, trellis netting and supporting the plants in all stages of growth. The GFL will also be responsible for any additional tasks assigned by the CM and CS depending on the specific labor needs on the property on a daily basis.
