On-Call Maintenance Person Needed

We are seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance professional to join our team on an on-call basis. As an on-call maintenance person, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests at our rental properties in Hartford area.

Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting

Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks

Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Ability to work on-call and respond to requests outside of regular business hours

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with rental properties or in a similar industry

Certification in a relevant trade (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
