Clerical-Receptionist Position for Property Management Office

Interested in getting into the property management area but no experience?

Detail oriented, able to follow through on tasks, takes initiative and enjoys communicating with Owners, Tenants and Vendors. If no experience but you have an interest in property management, we are happy to train.

Normal Office Hours: Monday through Friday. 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

1. General office responsibilities.

2. Answer phones, take detailed messages and assist customers.

3. Assist Accounting and Assistance as needed.

4. File, scan and upload documents into Appfolio.

Other areas as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

1. High school graduate.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Positive attitude.

4. Team player.

5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task for a busy office.

6. Flexible.

7. Computer experience (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook).

8. 1 year of office experience.

9. Knowledge of the Island of Oahu. We have properties Island-wide.

This is an hourly position.

Parking provided 2.5 blocks away from office.

Medical, dental, drugs and vision coverage provide for employee through HMSA or Kaiser after meeting work requirement.
