Accounting Clerk - Property Management Office

Sales and property management company. Detail-oriented. Comfortable speaking with Clients, Tenants and Vendors. Team player. Willing to train.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Payment of bills

Contacting tenants for collection of delinquent rents, fees and tenant reimbursements

Preparation of Income/Expense Statement for owners

Respond to owners' and tenants' inquiries

Communicate with other Property Management Companies, Government Agencies as needed

Composes letters

Greet visitors and accept phone calls in a professional manner. Record detailed messages.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Able to work with others in a cooperative, professional and friendly manner.

Dependable, accurate when completing tasks, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and strong verbal communication skills.

Able to work with time-sensitive material.

High school graduate.

Able to work over-time as needed.

Desired:

Experience working with property management software - Appfolio.

Familiar with Word and Excel.

One year of accounting experience or one year working in a property management office.
