Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

Mac Cal Co., Inc. located in north San Jose is a contract manufacturing company that has been in business for nearly 60 years.

We currently have an opening for a full time Shipping/Receiving Supervisor with at least 4 years of experience.

Must be able to prepare and package finished goods for shipment to customers. Dispatch drivers for delivery to customers and pick up from vendors. Oversee receiving to ensure outside processes are being done in timely fashion, route parts through quality control and ensure parts are getting into inventory.

Experience preparing packing slips and shipping documents for domestic and international shipments a must.

Experience supervising is necessary.

Qualified applicants must have computer experience and excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, vendors, sales persons and customer service.

Applicants must also be a US citizen, this is required by some of our customers for delivery.
