CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Investor with large land/ lots inventory looking for highly experienced Construction Manager.

Your main role is to prepare specs and Inspect work.

You must have built numerous homes. Intimate hands-on experience in all facets of new home building including foundation, framing, roofing, siding, sheetrock, interior and exterior trim, floors, HVAC, plumbing, electric, costs, scheduling etc.
