Creekside BBQ in Salmon Creek is hiring for a part time (Tuesday through Thursday) morning prep cook/line cook.

Two years experience in high volume prep kitchen required, as is a valid WA food handler card.

Duties would include managing and completing a daily prep list, setting up the hot and cold line for service, and working the lunch rush as a line cook/meat carver.

Prior BBQ experience a huge plus.

Hours are 8 am to 1 pm Tuesday to Thursday, with an opportunity to pick up a Friday shift if wanted.

$18-$20 an hour DOE plus an equal split of the daily tips paid in cash at the end of the night.
