Wholesale Account Manager

The Wholesale Account Manager will create and nurture long-term relationships with our wholesale customers. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. You should have a background in customer service, sales, and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by taking and fulfilling wholesale customer orders promptly and accurately.

Meet quarterly sales and engagement targets.

Implement upsell, cross-sell, and other strategies to meet financial targets.

Build relationships and understand the customer's needs and requirements.

Demonstrate strong interest and credible expertise in our products; translate this knowledge into value for our customers.

Respond to customer orders, shipping, and billing inquiries accurately and timely.

Generate accurate and timely customer invoices and facilitate payment of invoices.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.

Recruit, train, and coach team members and identify improvement areas.

Direct the team's day-to-day operational pace and critical tasks.

Requirements and skills

Experience in relationship development, consultative selling, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

An understanding of the kink and leather communities.

Comfortable working in a sex and kink-positive environment.

BA/BS degree or equivalent.
