We are seeking to add a an eCommerce assistant to our team! You will assist in managing the day to day advancement of online sales distribution. This position is responsible for data entry content from multiple data types (documents, photos, spreadsheets, reports). Daily tasks will involve updating, editing, and sorting data on various selling platforms like Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compile, prepare, sort and organize documents for data entry Gather specs for new products Research retail pricing online Update customer portal with new products Verify and analyze data on documents to correct any discrepancies as necessary Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently; update data and delete unnecessary files Keen eye for details; thoroughness Well organized; proactive; punctual; dependable Be able to work in a team and independently High School diploma or equivalent Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong data entry skills Tik Tok/Social media fluency to add to our existing accounts

Part time position M-F - flexible schedule
