Apparel Customer Service/ Production Assistant - DTLA
We are a boutique design studio manufacturing domestic women's apparel in DTLA Arts District. This position plays a pivotal role in workflow organization from front office customer service management to production manufacturing to shipping department.
Excellent opportunity to work closely with the owner/designer in product development, production, and hands-on at a vertical facility in a garden studio lofts with great growth advancement potential. If you have extensive experience in apparel wholesale manufacturing, a self-starter, multitasking, attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Compensation
TBD based on compensation commensurate with experience and references
Starting at $25/hr - with growth opportunity for successful applicant
Full-time with various benefits
Requirements
2 - 4 years experience in customer service + production manufacturing
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Admin Duties
Working knowledge of apparel software systems + production reports
Excellent written and verbal skills. Spanish speaking is a plus!
Responsibilities
Order processing (charging and shipping) through Stamps.com, invoicing, and sales reports
Production reports from order entry on excel and apparel industry software set-up
Working knowledge of production, cut tickets, T.O.P.’s, costing, contract sewers, etc.
Maintain wholesale and retail sales + accounts, website (Shopify) listings and photoshoots
Fabric and stock inventory management
