Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmQPS Employment Group is hiring for a Customer Service role for a company in the Springfield, MO area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.Customer Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls from doctor's offices, lawyer's offices, and other venues

- 3rd party medical insurance biller

- Data entry

- Computer documenting and chartingCustomer Service Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED

- Full background check

- Must take clerical assessments

- Customer service and computer skills
