The project coordinator is responsible for job management, crew management, contract managing, collections, job closing and high quality customer service.

Must be able to work in fast paste environment, able to multi task and work well with others.

This includes budget review, working closely with the Production Manager and fellow PC’s.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable PC experience, ideally within the construction industry.

Detail oriented & highly organized.

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills, written and verbal, fluent in English.

Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on tact, discretion, and confidentially.

Computer proficiency: Strong MS Excel & Word skills; strong accounting software experience.
