Taper/ painter

Looking for an individual that can do small compound repairs and small Sheetrock repairs. The project requires patience. Work included involves repair, prime, paint and Leaving the occupied units clean. Over 300 repairs.

You must meet the following credentials

- Your own transportation to get to the job site.

- For the requirement of the project you must pass a criminal background check. Minor infractions will be dismissed.

As a requirement of this project, as in all projects. We have a strict, no alcohol and no drug policy. You cannot be under the influence

- You must speak english

- You must be able to climb a ladder. For this project a 6 foot ladder, but other projects up to a 32 foot ladder.

- You must be able to lift and carry and minimum of fifty pounds.

- Reliability is a key requirement.

- Employment is on payroll Only. Do not ask for cash (we must submit certified payrolls)
