Title: Radiology Services LiaisonLocation: Upper East SideOrg Unit: WCINYP MarketingWork Days:Exemption Status: Non-ExemptSalary Range: $37.36 - $42.97As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC OfficesPosition SummaryUnder guidance, promotes and supports the radiology services offered by Weill Cornell Medicine to external medical practices utilizing our imaging services This role is also responsible for keeping abreast of competitive imaging practices marketing strategies and assists with developing new prospectsJob Responsibilities

Visits targeted medical practices that refer for radiology services to ensure that best practices are being followed and to maximize marketing exposure to physicians, hospitals and other health care service providers.

Recommends strategies for streamlining processes to increase patient care and referral patterns.

Addresses and resolves concerns of external medical practices.

Maintains database of existing medical practices utilizing Weill Cornell imaging services.

Provides Weill Cornell staff the information and processes necessary to understand the needs of external medical practices and to effectively build relationships between Weill Cornell and those medical practices.

Assists with developing new prospects.

Assists with the management and execution of a marketing plan, identifying target markets, generating new leads and providing competitive intelligence.

Assists in the development of marketing material.

Assists with the department’s web development, design and maintenance.

Stays abreast of competitive marketing strategies.

Provides data for bi-weekly sales reports.

Prepares expense reports.
