Building Maintenance Technician

Property Management Company in Fauquier County, Prince William County and Culpeper County seeks a

Building Maintenance Technician with experience in maintaining rental apartments, homes, and farms. Ideal

candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in painting, drywall, basic electric, plumbing, appliances, and

equipment repair. Farm maintenance, HVAC experience as well as Tech#1 or #2 certificates a plus but

not required.
