The job

As follows and not limited to:

Part time and full time

$20-25/hr depending on experience

Minimum 2 years experience

Prepping and maintaining ingredients for service

Stocking and cleaning stations

Open and closing shifts

Maintaining sanitation standards for BOH operations as provided by NYC DOH

Monitoring food for freshness

Receiving and rotating stock

Following recipes as provided by chef

Multiple shifts available between two locations in Brooklyn.

The shift begins at 3am
