Agency Coordinator Ottaway Digital Communication
We are a digital marketing/advertising and SEO company that operates out of Troy, MI and services a wide range of clients nationwide. We are hiring for an Agency Coordinator to support the day to day operations at our office. Some of the duties include: preparing reports of various types for agency and clients, receiving incoming calls (approx 5/day), posting and scanning invoices, scheduling meetings, managing all AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn client campaigns.
All applicants must be available to work in our Troy office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
Touch-Typing Required
High school diploma (2-year college degree or certification preferred)
Proficiency in scheduling software preferred (i.e. OnceHub, Calendly, etc)
At least 1 year of experience in office/clerical position
