Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians

1st Texas Fire Protection is looking for fire sprinkler service technicians with CPVC plastic and steel pipe experience to join our growing team. We design, install, and support fire sprinkler systems for residential and commercial facilities in the greater Houston area.

The duties include getting residential or commercial property ready for final inspection, moving or repairing fire sprinkler heads or pipe, performing service and/or tests on the fire sprinkler system. You will work closely with the project manager for each installation.

The ideal candidate for this position:

Be self-motivated, able to work under general supervision as well as independently

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written skills

Ability to multi-task and organize work

Follow good safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property

Able to work with others, work as a team player

Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems operations and components a plus

Minimum job requirements:

Current valid State Driver’s License

Dependable means of transportation to our place of business

Pass a background check and drug screening
