Assistant office manager for storage facility

Looking for reliable assistant manager for a storage/rental business. 30-40 hours per week, flexibility in schedule is a must. $20-$30/hour DOE. We are a family owned business that is looking for a committed employee to join our team and help take our business to the next level. Quickbooks (both online & desktop), internet marketing (google, Facebook and dashboards) and office experience is beneficial to our candidates.

Duties include answering phones, filing, renting of units, receiving payments, tracking late customers, entering information into quickbooks. Running of office duties as well- keeping supplies up, minor cleaning of office. Hours of operation are 9-6 Mon-Friday, 9-5 Sat & 10-5 Sunday. We are a family owned business and take great pride in our service and we are looking to make an addition to our company. Must be able to multi-task as well as stay on task for daily duties as office can be fast moving at times. Schedule must be flexible as work schedule can change, ability to work 30-40 hours per week.

Additional Compensation:

Commission in addition to hourly pay
