AcroSports is a nonprofit gymnastics, circus, and urban arts organization located in the heart of San Francisco. We are looking for a focused, friendly, multitasking, reliable, self-starter to join our Administrative Team. Admin Team members serve as the primary customer service representative for students, parents, and the general public.
Primary duties include:
Assisting with class, parties, and all programming registrations
Processing tuition payments
Answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting walk in clients in the office
Communicating regularly with clients and directing them to appropriate staff members
General office duties as needed, such as printing, copying, maintaining the office, restocking supplies, etc.
Preferred attributes and qualifications for this role:
Previous office/admin AND customer service experience (1yr+)
Previous experience with basic computer functions and internet use; familiarity with JackRabbit or other class
registration software a must!
The ability to stay motivated and identify priorities and act on them appropriately with little supervision
Reliability is KEY, as you may be opening or closing the office (and others will depend on you!)
Professional demeanor and communication style
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time position at 13hrs per week, with the opportunity for expanded hours when shifts become available, and sub shifts. The current available shift is as follows:
Tuesdays: 4:30-7:30pm
Fridays: 2:30pm-7:30pm
Sundays: 2:30-8:30pm
Pay DOE: $21-$23/hr
All employees have access to free and discounted AcroSports programming, so when your shift's over, drop in on a tumbling, parkour, or breakdancing class!
