We’re looking for an Outside Sales & Account Manager with a go-getter attitude to join our Austin team!

You’re a positive, self-motivated, and energetic sales professional, ideally with experience in the multifamily or construction industry. You’re highly personable and enjoy building relationships with customers and hunting for new leads through cold call visits, emails, and phone calls. You have a growth mindset, and you’ll wake up every day excited to grow Vima’s business in the Austin and San Antonio area.

We have an office and showroom in Ausitn, and an office, showroom, and 110,000 SQFT distribution center in Dallas which stocks everything from cabinets and granite, to lighting, faucets, sinks, backsplash, flooring, bath accessories, and more! Primary Job Functions:
Travel apartment communities, corporate offices and contractor offices to build relationships.
Actively plan and manage your own call schedule to adequately cover your assigned territory.
Present Vima product offerings during face-to-face sales meetings.
Consistently engage with prospects to convert them into buying customers – Close the sale!
Maintain your relationships with current customers to cultivate ongoing sales.
Periodically attend industry trade shows and networking events.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our company’s ERP system.
Prepare presentations, quotes, and arrange product sample deliveries.
Process customer’s sales orders from entry all the way through billing and shipment tracking.
Measure for cabinets, countertops, blinds, and collect fixture counts.
Regularly submit required reports to our management team.
Requirements:
Passionate about growing business and winning sales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized and detail oriented
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally up to 70% of the time
Strong computer skills
Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
Must live in/near Austin
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Please note, this is a hybrid office/field position. Our office is located in South Austin.
Must have flexibility to occasionally start work early (ex. 8am presentation) and work late (ex. 5-7pm event).
Salary & Benefits:
$55K - $75K Base Salary + Uncapped Sales Commission
