Two roommates seeking private chef to prepare 2-3 meals per day. We will be veryflexible with your schedule, and meals can be prepared ahead of time when you needdays off - however, we would expect you to be available on most days (including weekends) as your schedule permits. This position would not be live-in, so you must livewithin a reasonable commute from Boulder, CO. Expectations for meals: Breakfast:Sometimes we will want fresh breakfast/brunch to be cooked, but most of the time keeping breakfast foods (fruit, yogurt, etc.) stocked will be sufficient. Lunch:Lunch can be prepared ahead of time and left in the fridge. Dinner:Assume that most days we will want dinner prepared fresh. We have a large kitchen which should accomodate all needs. Chef willbe responsible for grocery shopping and should be knowledgable about organic local produce. On certain occasions, we may also need the chef to cook for dinner parties.Chefmust have experience in similar roles or in high-end kitchens and have significant knowledge of nutrition. We eat very healthy and clean:all organic when possible, lean proteins, salads, vegetables and healthy carbs. Must be able to make a variety of tasty healthy sauces and salad dressings. We are looking for someone witha bright disposition who is professional, self-motivated, and excited about food. We will be conducting interviews and tastings (for which we will cover all costs).
