We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As the Chef you will be managing our kitchen including food preparation, cooking, menu planning, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in culinary arts.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.

Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with owners to create new dishes and recipes.

Assist in cost control and budget management.

Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Skills:

Proven experience as chef or similar role.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.

Creativity and innovation in menu planning.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
