Head Chef

Looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen. Full time salaried position. At least 5 years of experience. Able to work any station. Some responsibilities include ordering product for the kitchen, overseeing line cooks and dishwashers, Menu planning, chef specials, brunch and happy hour food. Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality, ticket times and proper recipe adherence.
