We are seeking a reliable and experienced subcontractor to join our team as a cleaning contractor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Responsibilities include cleaning both residential and commercial properties, including not limited to dusting, sweeping, taking out trash, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
The subcontractor will be paid 70% of the total job pay, with the opportunity to collect tips from satisfied clients.
