Looking for someone to join our small but busy sandwich shop and take over as kitchen manager while we gear up to open our second location. Must love sandwiches. Job responsibilities include; -Opening restaurant daily -Preparing sauces & sides -Receiving orders -Work with PM chef/ manager to manage inventory -Place order -Kitchen organization -Organize and execute catering orders -Some line work Most days the hours will be 7am-3pm with one day a week being a 10am-6pm shift.
