Senior Customer Service Representative

DescriptionAssociate Customer Service Representative- HME Access- Portland, OregonSchedule: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F (8:00am to 5:00pm)The Associate Customer Service Representative is the primary point for all Home Services Business Office and HME Access Services staff to refer patient insurance change requests. The position's primary responsibility is to ensure that all identified patient account insurance changes are properly completed in the HME transaction system. Required Qualifications:

3 years Customer service experience

2 years experience at Providence Home Medical Equipment with 1 year as a HME Care Specialist II

1 year experience in mentoring multiple caregivers as a Specialist

Experience in four HME specialty teams including Order Qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree

4 years Customer service experience
