Dental Lab looking for a friendly, detail oriented and creative individual who has excellent communication skills and is able to multi-task. Prior office work and computer experience (Microsoft Office Software) must. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks such as:
Responsibilities:
Inbound/outbound phone coverage
Data entry: entering case information into dental lab system
Knowing the procedure for disinfecting new cases
Scheduling pickup and delivery of cases
Resolve any issues with courier services or UPS that arise such as delays in shipping or billing errors
Accounts receivables & billing
Filing documents and paperwork
Create promotional and advertisement flyers and forms as needed
Contacting new potential clients via phone and email
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries or concern
Familiar with inventory software and able to take inventory
Any miscellaneous tasks requested by management
Qualifications:
Dental lab or dental office experience preferred
Marketing skills a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong clerical skills including proofreading, typing, data entry, and transcribing
Schedule:
Part-Time with a possibility of becoming full-time
Available during the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Scheduling can be discussed)
