CARPENTER WITH MAINTENANCE/HANDYMAN EXPERIENCE

Job Description/Requirements:

Carpenter with minimum 3 years' experience in remodeling required. Must be detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, dedicated, well presented and extremely hardworking.

Our employees must excel in multi-tasking. Tasks include, but not limited to: rough carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting and all aspects of remodeling, and maintenance.This person must have the ability to take initiative and offer support and hands-on skills to each project.

They must be able to assist with the management and flow of the jobsite. Responsible for checking Required to have a valid driver's license, good driving record AND reliable transportation.

Must have general personal tools including: nail bags, hand tools, cordless drills, saws etc.

Skills:

Basic repair and installation tasks

Door and window installation and repairs

Crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, and trim

Electrical fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, ballast replacement and troubleshooting

Faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks and troubleshooting

Lighting installation and trouble-shooting

Drywall repair and installation

Fencing, gutters, siding, decks, ramps and power washing

Kitchens, baths, basements, family rooms, bedrooms, dens and basements
