Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an individual to fill a full-time receptionist/administrative position. A minimum of 3yrs of office experience preferred. We are family orientated company that have been in the valley for 45+ years serving the Home Builder community as a finished trade partner

Requirements and Main Duties but not limited to:

Must be detailed oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task

Data entry

Process incoming interoffice paperwork

Adept to problem solving

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word

Standard knowledge of Office Equipment

Answer Phones

Greet Visitors

General office skills to include filing but not limited to

Support office staff, customer service

Attendance is critical

Available to work Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm
