We have full-time Maintenance Tech and Maintenance Helper job openings in Oahu.

Each role requires:

- strong organizational skills.

- troubleshooting abilities.

- electrical, mechanical and basic HVAC skills.

- Create and maintain purchase orders.

- Preventative Maintenance experience.

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.

The following full-time opportunities:

Maintenance Technician - Kaka'ako, OAHU: This opening is at a residential/condominium building.

- Pay range: $23.50/hr.

Maintenance Helper - Honolulu, OAHU: Immediate full-time opening for a helper with mechanical aptitude or previous mechanical experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.

- Pay range: $18-20/hr.

Maintenance Floaters - Honolulu, OAHU: Immediate career opportunities available for experienced FULL-TIME building maintenance technicians interested in advancement. Previous experience in HVAC, building automation systems, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Good customer service a must. Must have own vehicle and valid driver license.

- Pay range: $23-25/hr.
