Office Assistant
We are a small company looking for a candidate to assist with office, administrative, order processing and customer service related tasks. This is a part-time position. Working hours: 8:30 - 12:30 daily.
- Answer incoming client calls
- Process client orders for production
- Prepare product boxes to help expedite production
- Initiate outbound calls to set appointments
- Assist with scheduling of our daily routes
- Generate invoices on Quickbooks Online
- File invoices
- Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits
- Oversee smooth operations of all office tasks
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and MS Excel is a plus
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and think proactively.
- Must be dependable, reliable and have excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Positive and friendly phone aptitude
- Availability to work some full days is a plus.
