TERMITE & DRY ROT WOOD TECHNICIAN

Looking for a wood repair technician with at least one (1) year of wood repair experience working on fascias, siding, roof sheathing, doors, decks and balconies.

REQUIRED: Good carpentry skills, able to work with little or no supervision, reliable, punctual and comfortable working on 2 story houses and ladders.

If you have an APPLICATORS' LICENSE to perform local treatments, that would be a plus!

This is an "INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR" position.

APPLICANT MUST HAVE: A TRUCK for hauling wood to and from jobs, a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, your own POWER TOOLS, as well as, your own HAND TOOLS, (ie. hammers, screwdrivers, ladder, etc.)
