HVAC Senior Technician and Sales Advisor

Overview:

This role involves performing service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems within residential and light commercial settings. A significant aspect of this position includes selling HVAC products and achieving sales targets. Occasionally, assistance with installations may be required.

Job Duties:

Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Assess the general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoot malfunctions to determine necessary repairs

Maintain a clean work area, ensuring cleanliness after each job completion

Demonstrate a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving

Wear protective coverings while in clients’ homes

Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, both inside and outside

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience as a technician in the HVAC industry

Strong communication skills and technical competence

Ability to pass a thorough background check

Clean driving record
