SUSHI CHEF on Piedmont Ave Restaurant

We are hiring a sushi chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is able to work in a fast paced environment and has experience preparing sushi as a chef, cook or other kitchen staff. Located on Piedmont Ave in Oakland, Ebiko is a Japanese restaurant that serves fresh sushi to go.

Must have sushi making experience. Email if interested!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare sushi rolls and nigiri

- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen

- Work closely with the other kitchen staff and store cashier

SCHEDULE:

- Part Time 18-20 hours per week, 10:30am-3:30pm

- Full Time 40-42 hours per week, 8:30am-5:00pm
