Front Desk Associate
Role and Responsibilities:
- Check-in / Check-out guests
- Create / Manage reservations on the computer
- Take phone reservations
- Respond to guest questions / concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Check all vacant rooms daily to ensure they are clean
- Place any missing toileteries, towels, etc. in any / all vacant and clean rooms
- Must a team player
